Todd McVay
Todd McVay has over 20 years experience in the dental industry. He has advised clients on how to build upon their strengths within their dental practice, as well as guided them through challenging areas within their business.  Todd's education and background in the business of dentistry provides him the ability to measure performance and profitability and also offer guidance to continually excel in these areas.  He is well experienced, not only in consulting and coaching, but also with practice valuations, practice transitions, and associateships.  Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Central Washington University.   

Kristie McVay
Kristie McVay has been helping clients with overhead and general practice information since 2008.  Prior to joining The Knutzen-McVay Group, she was an elementary teacher and also managed her own business as a personal trainer and wellness educator and instructor.  Kristie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education with minors in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from Arizona State University.

Dave Knutzen
Dave Knutzen's legacy in professional practice management and transitions spans 40 years of assisting doctors in their entrepreneurial success. He has been a valued consultant to well over 800 dental practices in the Western United States. His career in professional practice management and transitions has helped many firms achieve success. Dave has done practice appraisal/valuations for over 300 dental offices and has been involved, partially or fully, in the sale of in excess of 200 dental practices.
